Condo

So I am trying to buy a condo. I didn't realize all the steps that it would take to buy a place, also I thought that any place I could buy would be okay to get with financing. Guess what condos have to be approved for financing at least here in Utah. The first place I put an offer on wasn't approved for financing and because the HOA doesn't have a budget I would have to put twice as much down as a was anticipating.

I am looking at new places and have one more to look at. I really like the last one I looked at but there is another one in the same community that wouldn't have neighbors on both side so I am waiting until I look at that on Saturday to determine which one I will put an offer on.

Although I was not able to get the first condo I wanted I like these condos even more so I am grateful that the first one didn't work for me and hope that these will be better as far as financing.

I am looking for a second job right now so that once I get a place I can go gazelle intense (Dave Ramsey reference) I am going to get it paid off before I am 40.
